Michael Roberts lives in Houston, Texas, also spending  time in Savannah, Georgia, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Annapolis, Maryland. With a passion for saltwater fly fishing, he has travelled America's coasts and coastal plains learning the environmental and quality of life issues so often facing coastal areas, which inspired him to found TCT. After beginning his career in civil engineering, he has since worked as Clean Water State Revolving Fund and Georgia Land Conservation Program Manager for the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority, Deputy Director of the Maryland Water Quality Financing Administration at the Maryland Department of the Environment, and as Program Manager of the Mobile Bay National Estuary Program. He is a Professional Engineer in Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, and Texas.

Lauren Everett is based out of Athens, Georgia. She has a Bachelor's of Science in Ecology from the University of Georgia Odum School of Ecology and a Master's of Science in Forestry and Natural Resources from the University of Georgia's Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources. Her passion for fisheries management and coastal conservation was developed and applied through extensive field research experience, including with the Ecological Fish Monitoring Cooperative at the Sapelo Island National Estuarine Research Reserve, the University of Georgia Sea Grant and Marine Extension, and the Georgia Department of Natural Resources Coastal Resources Division. She has proficiency in GIS, is a member of the American Fisheries Society, and is an active volunteer in the Athens community.

Sarah Knight is from Columbus, Georgia, where she recently moved back after several years living in Wyoming. Sarah began her career in early childhood education, where she has shared her love for the outdoors and her passion for conservation. Her time out west deepened her passion for rivers and fly fishing and gave her detailed knowledge of aquatic ecosystems. She continues to share her love of fly fishing as an active volunteer with the Mayfly Project, Project Healing Waters, and through service on the Board of Directors for the Chattahoochee River Conservancy. Sarah is a fly fishing guide for native black bass on Georgia's Flint and Chattahoochee Rivers and on Alabama's Coosa and Tallapoosa Rivers. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia.

Jamison Beuerman is an attorney based in New Orleans, Louisiana, his hometown. His wide-ranging legal experience spans disciplines including criminal defense, civil litigation, products liability, medical malpractice, and as a prosecutor. As General Counsel for TCT, he applies his multifaceted legal background towards his passion for sound environmental policy, restoration and protection of Louisiana's coast, and engagement and providing assistance to coastal communities in helping address the difficult issues that they face. He is a graduate of Rhodes College and LSU Law. In addition to his passion for the law and helping others, he seeks to spend as much time as possible with his family and being outdoors enjoying the beauty of Louisiana.
